I want to thank you very much. On November 7th you picked up my beloved Spirit who had been in our family for 18 years. She was my best friend. She took me on rides when I was sad and listened to my cry. She took me for rides when I was happy and wanted to share my joy with her.
Your prompt attention in answering the phone right away, and getting here quickly was greatly appreciated. Your kindness and compassion was a blessing. The sympathy card that arrived a few days later was the icing on the cake. I don’t know how long you have been in the business but I hope you always handle these delicate situations the way you did.
The place down the hill that I had to use in the past was a nightmare. My last horse laid on the driveway for 9 hours before they came with their truck that was loaded with dead cows just to throw her on the heap with all the rest. They were not very kind, and highly over-price making things worse. They would only take cash which is something hard to come by in an emergency.
So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. If anyone ever needs your services, I will be sure to recommend you.
